• * Do not try to over eat. Eat little meals and take sufficient liquids
• * Do not rush to rami-al-jamaraat (stone the Shaitaan). This should be done intentionally with a lot of emotions. Wait for an appropriate and suitable opportunity. Stand at a safe place and observe the whole scene.
• * Do not rush or scoot into the crowd. INSHAALLAH, a proper opportunity will present itself.
• * Women must be protected from the pushing. There may be a lot of pushing. Please do not push and shove as it worsens the condition.
• * If you misplace your footwear and if it is extremely crowded with people shoving and pushing each other than leave your footwear. Do not try searching for your footwear in the heavy crowd. A slight push can throw you to the ground and can hurt you a lot. People can get compressed in this rush.
• * Do not ignore it as Hajj is still incomplete. There is yet Tawaf-Ul-Ziyarah to be completed sometimes under very trying situation. There is no need to scoot or rush. INSHAALLAH, there will be a lot of time to complete all the rituals of Hajj.

It would be more productive to perform all the rituals with peace and enthusiasm. A positive attitude and behaviour towards helping other pilgrims in any way possible may help you to have a very fulfilling Hajj, try to help out others in every way you can and do not expect the return and things to be done for you by others.
